| Shipping and handling charges for most of our items will normally be billed in accordance with the following chart; however, because of the unique nature of some of our items, the charges may vary. If the actual charges are higher, you will be contacted for approval. |
Your order is important to us and we make every effort to make delivery within 2 weeks from the date of your order; however, because the items are hand-crafted and painted, some delay on some items may be expected. If delivery will be beyond the two week period, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
If you have special or urgent delivery considerations, please indicate those in the comments field on our order page or call us at 1-877-645-0601 between the hours of 10am to 5pm EST Monday through Saturday and 12pm to 5pm EST Sunday. |
