Our recommendations on repairs are to return the piece or pieces to us to ensure further damaging of the artwork does not occur. Contact us for repair authorization and quotation of repair estimate. All shipping expenses are customer's responsibility. If customer chooses to repair items themselves, all NTG warrantees are null and void.We want your online shopping experience to be a pleasant one and for you to be satisfied with your purchase.
